We are the official member of AUTO Auction, which is covering more than
60 Auction houses in Japan.
About 10 Auctions have been holding everyday except Public holiday, where
thousands of vehicles are being exhibited.
All vehicles are inspected by JAAI official inspectors and Grade from 0
to 5 are given which are standardized and judged fairly before sending
exhibition.
So we can purchase quality controlled used vehicles with reasonable price
from Auctions, which I'm recommending to all customers.
If you wish to ask us to bit in Auctions on behalf of you, you are requested
to inform us the information about vehicles you are looking for as table
below.

We shall search requested vehicles on Auctions, and shall make a list and
send it to you as soon as we can.
If you would like to know more information about some of them, then inform
us. We shall get back to you necessary information shortly.
With your agreement, we shall try to win a bit within the range of your
request FOB price.
If bit is not successful, nothing would be charged to you. |

We shall send you PRO-FORMA INVOICE and Sell/Buy CONTRACT between your
company and us by Email as soon after successful bit.

You would sign your signature on both PRO-FORMA INVOICE and Sell/Buy CONTRACT,
and send them back to us by FAX.
You are requested to pay total amount stated in PRO-FORMA INVOICE within
3 days by Wire Transfer (also called telegraphic transfer or”TT”).
All business trade in Japan used car market is normally under 100% payment
in advance. Your understanding and trusting us is highly appreciated in
order to make quick and smooth agreement.

After confirming payment made, we shall quickly arrange vehicles for the
shipment.
The copies of the commercial Invoice, Bill of loading and Vehicle de-registration
form will be sent to you by Email as well as EMS courier service as soon
after the shipment, which will be necessary during custom clearance. |

| Once the vehicles have arrived at the port of destination, you will be
required to follow custom clearance procedures in your country. |
